Medical Director
Dr. Michael J. Lane, DNP, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Michael Lane is a highly experienced clinical provider with a robust background in healthcare, spanning emergency room care, acute mental health inpatient treatment, and community-based ambulatory services.
He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from RUSH University in Chicago, specializing as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Dr. Lane is also a proud U.S. Army veteran and remains dedicated to serving veterans, active-duty military personnel, and first responders, with a steadfast commitment to enhancing their health and well-being.
Dr. Lane’s mission to improve access to mental health treatment and promote multidisciplinary, team-based, patient-centered care inspired him to join Foundations Counseling Center, a team that has devoted to delivering community-based, patient-focused mental health care.
Angeline R. Vollmer, MSW, JD, LCSW
Angeline R. Vollmer, (Formerly, Angeline R. Schuller), is dedicated to helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families find meaningful solutions to life’s emotional challenges. She tailors her compassionate care to meet each patient’s unique needs, supporting them through Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Adjustment Disorders. Dr. Schuller is committed to fostering resilience, growth, and lasting well-being in every patient she serves.

Jeffrey L. Vollmer, MA, LCPC, LMHC
Jeffrey L. Vollmer, with over 20 years of experience, offers compassionate support to individuals, teens, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward stronger, healthier relationships. He is deeply committed to helping patients find relief and resilience while addressing Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Serious Mental Illness (SMI) including Schizophrenia, and Personality Disorders. Jeffrey ensures each patient feels supported and empowered at every step of their healing journey.
Freddreka Richardson, MSW, LSW
Freddreka is a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping patients of all ages, from 7 and up, work through a wide range of challenges, including Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Anger Management, Bullying, Social Skills Development, and Dysfunctional Family Dynamics. She creates a warm, welcoming space where patients feel valued and understood. Freddreka is committed to guiding individuals toward self-confidence, personal growth, and healing. She also offers specialized support for those impacted by domestic violence, helping them move toward recovery and resilience.

Michelle S. Stan, MSW, LCSW
Michelle Stan is a seasoned therapist with over 35 years of experience specializing in the care and support of children and adolescents. She works with clients ages 5 to 17, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioral issues, family transitions, and social difficulties. Michelle’s warm, nurturing approach helps children feel safe and understood, while her use of evidence-based techniques supports lasting growth and resilience.

With a strong background in child development, Michelle tailors each session to meet the individual needs and personality of the child. She partners closely with families to ensure consistent, supportive care across home, school, and therapy. Her goal is to empower every child with the tools they need to thrive.
Dorian Laumann, MA, LMHC
Dorian Laumann brings over 30 years of experience in providing thoughtful, individualized care to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. As a Star Certified Veterans Specialist, she is skilled in addressing the unique needs of service members, their families, and those affected by trauma. Dorian offers specialized treatment for Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD), creating a safe, understanding environment for those working through deeply rooted trauma. Her focus on strengthening relationships helps couples build deeper understanding and effective communication, empowering them to move forward together with renewed confidence.

Kelly Hartman, MSW, LCSW
Kelly Hartman is a seasoned therapist with over 35 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. She works with clients ages 5 and up, offering support for a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, life transitions, family dynamics, and emotional regulation. Drawing from her background as a school social worker, Kelly brings a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, using evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her warm, practical style helps clients of all ages feel supported and empowered as they work toward lasting change.
James Houpt, MSW, LSW
James Houpt, an Army Veteran, brings a unique perspective to his work with veterans, families, and individuals affected by trauma, grief, and addiction. James provides a safe and supportive environment for healing, whether you’re facing trauma, loss, or the challenges of adjusting to civilian life. His background allows him to offer meaningful support as you build resilience and find strength.
